Hello Coastal Locals!
Summer is here and all of landscaping is lush and
green from the refreshing afternoon showers. The hotel and office traffic has slowed a bit and we are taking advantage by catching up on our paperwork and website updates. Many of the buyers we are working with now are the local folks we have worked with for many years and they are very serious about buying.
If you are looking to rent for next season, now is the time to contact me about the seasonal inventory. There is not much available but since the snowbirds have left, we now know what is available for next year.
We also have a fresh crop of new listings some of which are in the mls system and some that are not. Because we have been in this location for over 45 years, we often here about possible listings before they are ready for marketing to the general public. Many times we can arrange for private showings on these properties so if you are looking to buy, please check with me regarding this private inventory.
